  LSUS is a warm, intimate community of folks who enjoy intellectual discussions, interesting speakers and each other. We have beautiful music each week and good food! We expose our children to the many world faiths and teach them to appreciate their similarities and differences. We welcome newcomers.

  We have just started attending LSUS and it has been an amazing experience so far. Highly recommended for people looking for something spiritual without overt dogma. Every service is really interesting/enlightening with a variety of different speakers. Everyone has been very welcoming. As newcomers to the North Shore, it has been a great find.

  I recently started attending Sunday services and the members are very warm and welcoming, the music that accompanies the service is outstanding and the guest speakers offer thought-provoking and inspirational presentations followed by discussion. LSUS is a community that invites you to follow your own spiritual path and I personally find that it fits well with what I'm seeking both religiously and spiritually.

  We are a Jewish and Christian interfaith family. We found Lake Shore Unitarian Society (LSUS) to be welcoming, non-judgmental, and supportive of our different backgrounds. LSUS allows us to explore metaphysical questions without providing rote answers.

  This is my weekly gift to myself: to gather with other inquiring minds for rich music, communal singing and a thought provoking talk . The lively coffee and conversation after service is part of the pleasure.
